The financial system will not collapse. FED and Co. will just print money and flood the markets with liquidity. Inflation is inevitable. Hyperinflation only if they loose control.
However, gold is probably "the hedge" for the coming 1-3 years. Based on the monetary expansion in the US gold should already be at least at US$/oz 2100.
I think we will see 2000 before end of the year. As soon as the DFS is out basically everybody can do his maths. Also a potential predator. In any case - if a predator waits till this thing is in production next year - possibly with a gold price above US$/oz 2000 - then he should make an offer in the coming months because after it get expensive.
As a LTH obviously I would prefer to see production in line with a gold price of 2500 mid next year. I would assume that the SP should then be well above 50 cents.
