    AFR indicates in an article this morning that only $74M had been raised by Wednesday last week (so a big shortfall is expected if they were unable to significantly up that number on Thurs and Fri last week). Hartleys are the lead raising managers so obviously trying to talk it up. Tough situation for shareholders but 35c is a pipedream.
