    In the Stock Tips section of yesterday's Sunday Times Perth, Ian Parker had YTC as a BUY. Again.

    "This week the company received a substantial shareholder notice from Glencore international, one of the biggest commodity traders in the world, and owner of the nearby CSA mine.

    Glencore would be interested in an off-take agreement with YTC and this could provide competitive tension with other parties".
