samgravan - as far as I am aware no dividend has been declared by Jupiter. Tshipi declared a special dividend to be paid at the end of June. Jupiter has a 49.9% stake in Tshipi, and has presumably now received the dividend it was entitled to from its 49.9% ownership.
It is now up to the Jupiter board to decide if it will declare a special dividend, based on its Tshipi dividend receipt. In the past they have suggested that they will pay dividends, based on receipts from Tshipi, but ultimately that’s a decision for the Jupiter board to make.
