Agree with your sleep easy characterisation. Very well run company. Possibly the best handover to a new CEO (Nathan Blackburne) I have ever seen other than to the new Macquarie Bank CEO Shemara Wikramanayake. We are in good company there.
Thanks for the good work in your spreadsheet. CWP manage the assets exactly as I would want them to. They are trustworthy and good stewards of our capital. I am hoping for a full year EPS of 70cents with a good contribution from the recently completed Target HQ.
