theres plenty of talk about consolidation in the Mining / Gold Sector. This is due to rising / trying to minimising costs. Covid and then War in the Ukraine are the 2 Main Catalysts. This has been going on for 2 & 1/2 Years now.
A Falling Gold Price / Staff shortages / Rising wages / Supply issues / Inflation / Rising Energy Prices are All having a Negative Impact on Miners Bottom Line.
Its not unusual for Junior Explorers to never get to Production. NXM came on my Radar due to its Proximity to Saracen (Now NST) My whole strategy revolved around a JV / Royalty Agreement / Takeover by a Bigger Player already established in the Region.
I now Feel it is less likely to be NST who appear to be willing to, for the right price, sell their Carasue Dam Project. Just an Opinion. Time will Tell.
