All, the only thing, that Nexus needs to wipe the floor and clear vacuous variations is:

An initial resource estimate.
My call, that is not likely to happen for a bit; unless it is a goat choker.

I wrote earlier AT would be holding out, not for a nice initial resource estimate covering just 20% of what is 1600+ metres of strike, still open. But for something about 40%.
Any early initial resource statement will make them a target - it puts a valuation on just 20% of what the Company holds.
AT is far far smarter than that - reporting on just 20% of what is starting to look like a very serious resource.
If a resource estimate was announced for the 20%, the rest would be acquired for chump change. AT is far from a chump.
Currently goldies are out of favour - very nice for those acquiring. But that situation will go from brakes on to, well a variation of the opposite, as the world economies start to chug. Been there seen that.
