Buyers may be waiting for the General Meeting to pass, it is on Thursday I think.

Unless something strange happens tomorrow I would think the retail offer should be scrapped, unless they have a plan for a sudden surge after the meeting.

Hartleys had the same 3 month target 3 months ago, it may be more like a 1 month target now, they may well be biased as the broker for the investors but I think they are still pretty close, maybe even selling themselves short given there last prediction and wanting to give themselves a buffer this time.
