Z, you are right, if, and I state IF, Hartleys are right (and have never proven to be) HQ will miss out on the performance bonuses that they just had extended.
I suppose HQ being HQ, they could just extend them again, and again, and indefinitely, or do whatever else that suits them because they have the power to do so.
I'm starting to be more hopeful of the takeover we discussed the other day - at the very least it would create some interest.
