i am wondering about the thai royalty system over there..
is it based off the oil extracted and sold immediately price.
or is it based off the profits an oil company has in thailand after the oil has been sold and the costs taken out and the final accounting ebit.
just seems a bit rich that the government would sting a loss making company (not that CVN is) therefore hurting the ability for success as they have less money for more exploration...
