Very well put Tobo amd I agree completely. What I was alluding to is more has it actually been submitted. Hartleys maybe using poetic licence more than point of fact as brokers often do.

I have spoken to Gus today generally as we do, and yes the applicatiom that was reviewed at the meeting was very well "accepted". This in no way means nor implies approval.

I have been through enough of these to know it isn't that easy. Also why when it is "Approved" it is regarded as highly prized in any resource field as I believe you also may know.
