I don't think anyone here is betting their financial future on FML getting to 75c. I'm pretty sure, however, that most people investing in FML are betting the POG is yet to reach its peak and want some of that action. If it goes parabolic like it did in the 70s, anything could happen.
But even if the POG goes sideways for a year or two, as long as FML get their reserves to m/term target (700Kozs) and Ni continues the long road back, holders will IMO still see significant gains.
It doesn't hurt to dream as long as you wake up when it matters.
As for your Q, Darlin: who knows? Different analysts? I haven't compared the analysis of one with the other. But whether it's 8.6 or 7.5 I think they're just throwing conservative darts... (Patersons 12 mth target was 7c back in July... and it didn't take too long for that to get taken out.)
