Just my thoughts but val is down due to mine life and amount of shares keeping it as traders stock has to come into the equation. Once they confirm the reserves and mine life goes to 10-15 years then we're looking at high teens-twenties.
There is a quicker way for the SP to reach 75c, 12 for consolidation will get you there I think.

PS I sold out at 6.3 because i thought that traders would play with good news (buy on rumour, sell on news!!). I am, however, looking to get in quick if it starts to move again.
