Hi Newjo,
It has been my experience that every time a dilution is done to raise funds , by any company, the market ignores any existing shareprice point, and straightaway puts a value on the shares that is somewhat BELOW the new issue price.
Help me here..........what is the issue price ?
hartleys rated its true value at 14 cents , page-9
