Don't count out possibility of the sale of assets as Wal Muir expresed dislike to amount of shares on issue already and may look at other options before further dilution like:-

Golden Eagle
AWD- 22,000 acres
*We have assumed that the Company may be able to sell the acres for ~$1,000 per acre but this is dependent on a better outlook for gas and continued success by others in non-conventional appraisal nearby
at least $15-20mill worth

Johnsson Range
*We have estimated the Net Present Value of the 2% royalty at $7-$8m and that the Company could potentially monetise the asset for $5m in the near term
around $5mill worth

*options excercising but price will need to perform a lot better for this to be a real alternative

*Credit facility till reserves and cashflow have proven a substantial takeover opportunity for AWD
