pgrigs, I agree nothing exciting in the report. There was a concern for me though:
"Permitting remains on track; however, now that the key permits have been submitted / accepted the exact timeframe for final approvals is harder to predict."
Why is this "harder" to predict now that the work has been done and accepted. The timeline is publish by the NRC. My feel on things is that previously people have not accepted how long the permitting process actually is in the US and when you include all the elements the earlier expectations fall well short. This does not detract from the outstanding work PEN has carried out during the permitting process.
From December Hartleys report:
"having a mature project on the cusp of development and first production scheduled for mid 2012."
Hartleys no longer have revenue in 2012 as was in the Dec report and the revenue for 2013/14 have both dropped by 20%.
