make no mistake they have had talks and there are 1 or 2 preferred partners,
with this sort of target the preferred partners will be large ones who have the money or can get it easily,
they WONT be dealing with minnows who will struggle to get money, if that was the case WHN would do it themselves.

it will be large companies, this is assured.

Of course I don't know who and don't want to know at this point.
I did think it strange that Rowbottam would say JV next year, they would want to tie this up asap, it might end up taking till next year, but there will be negotiations going on right now I would think.
