The frustrating thing in all of this is that the company have shot themselves in the foot. By setting themselves a 2c Cap Raising, they are really only saying they are worth 2 cents! It doesn't speak much for the plans ahead and where they believe the SP is headed.

A joke if you ask me! 800M shares is an absolute crapload - an additional 47% of the shares currently on issue.

Unless ithe shares are going to a joint venture partner (Iluka or someone similar), this is a joke.
