But your understanding is incorrect.
I'm still riding a decent paper loss from the failed Kora drill. Though my investment in FAR had nothing to do with the Hartley's report I reckon a fair few got burned because of its "timely" release. Correspondingly, "some" had the opportunity to get out due to the interest it generated. Will leave the who's and why's for you to decide.
The below report came out 6 days before Kora was "officially" declared a duster.
