Everyone is entitled to their own view and I respect everyone's views whether I agree with them or not. Personally I am not willing to accept, based on the information I have seen so far, that Hartleys is purposely misleading the public or even its own clients for their own benefit. ASIC will be all over it.

Nothing in FAR or WHN is 100% (I never bought FAR so I can take an objective view on it) at the end of the day, speculative stock prices are built up on only one thing, speculation. Most are not producing or making revenue (let alone profit), so it is arguable that the company is only worth the value of the assets they hold - however this valuation sometimes does not correlate with the market cap or share price.

The same will happen with WHN. Until we get the oil out of the ground, this price will simply rise on speculation - whether its Hartleys reporting or someone else, there is an inherent risk in trading this class of shares.
