CVN is held hostage to the oil price and DJI.
When either of these 2 factors vary the CVN SP moves on a corresponding manner.
CVN is basically a good company but until Oil price & DJI recover it wont go anywhere in a hurry. Even good drill results wont help the SP in this environment.
