A better question would be why did NMS hire the vessel MV Dai Tide to do all of the Conoco Philips ROV works in the Timor Sea (still ongoing by the way) when the ROV Supporter is idle in Singapore. I thought the Supporter could work in Australia??? It finshed the months work in Thailand earlier this year and remains at anchor. Not good paying someone else to use their vessel when ours it available.
