Hartley's present valuation seems about right, would only expect to be a minimum of 20% of that present risked valuation. Funny market, maybe Hartley's have included a "funny market" term as well :-)



Also saw this on another thread, don;t expect it to apply directly to NWE, but the sector as a whole will be buoyed.
