    Didn't Hartleys do a report on SIR before Nova and had a price target of 12c !!

    ;-) They have as much knowledge of the stock market as my nan and she has never heard of google or apple.

    Hartleys research report gave no indication of why they dropped there price target to 8c, its like ok the stock is 4c so lets double it and paste a bit of info from a few announcements.

    WHAT A JOKE !!
