dont understand all the fuss about hartleys report .The main thing is they have a buy on the stock .

also their projected increase in price is roughly the same at 100 %

and remember their last report was given when nwe was funded by bharat so maybe this accounts for differing in projected prices .

but they do say that all valuations are subject to change based on results and that the final 2 stages in testing will have a positive impact on share price .

and one more thing to remember their projected prices are based on company being spec stock ie the 8 cent figure still assumes the company has spec stock status .

however if results turn out to be commercial then company is no longer a spec stock and all their projected prices will be meaningless .
