    The method maybe... "Take the current share price and DOUBLE it to form a target"

    What does a "target" mean anyway? Target before you sell? Brokers in general should learn from the oil industry and give probabilities on their targets, or say there is greater than 80% chance that NWE will be Xc in 12 months.
