You are right in one sense Bigstock, as this is a risky punt.
But they are taking advantage of a cash-strapped opportunity, like you say, after CRE have blown (or partially invested) millions.
As FML have the cash flow, which CRE did not, then this is not nearly as high risk in FML hands.
