In a nutt shell we have unsercured loans - con notes to the value of 2.7 million convertible into shares on or
before 31 January 2012 4.5 cps.
Unconverted notes mature 31 January 2012. Most likely they'll be converted now.

We had to have a little tree shaking and expect some pressure on the SP until the CR. ME would want he CR put to bed before the Aussie/international campaign mentioned in the ANN. Expect it sooner than later and hope we get a sniff.

Hartleys, they re not on my Xmas list. They take oppies everywhere they turn and how can you take note of a company that has hidden interest. Now they have the CR with FAR , consequently read between the lines.
