Hi Wasa, IMO ME would want to hit the road knowing the placements been filled. It can be a old boys club and instos/brokers are offered it at discount rates and at terms. They may have to hold for 6 mths for example. Retail investors should get the offer on equal terms, but its not the case most times .
The pump on SP , in regards to a CR when the placements to be offered to retail SH. Would you believe ....
The amount only 6 million and the prospects are promising , the istos will take this up , if its offered and cheap enough. Less paper work ra ra ra . Dosent help knowing Hartleys are involved. IMOO
Then again , it could be offered to us. Who knows.
