Yes I read the report ! They are shoving it down the throat of 708s at the moment. Cannot see why they would not use RGTs 50% COS , then perhaps leave the Senegal Blocks at close to zero value (as material uncertainty exists over actual ownership at this point) , and arrive at a similar 19~20c target , No?
Ascribing a 9c ($50m) value to the Senegal blocks is hardly being 'conservative' imo and most 708 Smarties will detect this , hence my call of a 5c or so raising , better to just get it out of the way and lock in the project rather than risk trying to set it higher up and loose support or risk a mkt meltdown , No?
Good to see the GB 3D has commenced , any idea where funding for any drilling in that block late next year or 2012 will come from?
