    Interesting point, Newminer.

    It's going to be pretty small retail SPP - $3m.

    Personally, I have decided to participate (still waiting for documentation) and keep holding all the shares that I can get my hands on. If most others are thinking like me, there will be a negligible impact on current sp.

    Not the conventional wisdom re SPP, I know - but I wonder if that's how it will play out in this case.
