I agree with ralom and grabs.
A couple of other salient points:

* Richard Simpson (Hartley's Director of Corporate Finance) and John "Gus" Simpson are brothers. Another brother, Tony, is managing PEN's Wyoming operation.

* Hartley's last report on PEN (released 3.30pm on Sep 29, 2009) valued the company at 15cps, as does today's report.

* It's worth noting the behaviour of the share price after the last report.

* In 2012, when PEN starts production, it will be worth a lot of money (if the Uranium price is good).
