I have been tracking a weekly chart since Chalea was putting them up and then put robbbbbs trending into it. So far it has followed it to perfection on similar speed angles.
My time frame goes back to early March 09. I see yours is from around early/mid July, which changes the trend line.
No matter which way it is looked at the chart is positive and PEN may simply be having a spell. Compared to the volumes that have been bought up there seems to be no heavy selling lately. Just quiet accumulation, which as you say you would have to err on the positive side.
Considering what is now occurring with PEN I agree it is more likely to increase as per your chart. Taking from the March low now may be superfluous.
When this damn internet speed picks up I will try again to post the chart I have been using. For now text is all this snail paced internet can deal with.
