Just some more figures to astound you all as to what is developing.
There are 440 operating commercial nuclear reactors demanding 180m lbs per year. Current world production is around 115m lbs.
By 2010, the number of plants should increase to 470.
Most of which is coming from Asia, and they are getting worried about future supply.
Which is why they are so keen on buying into uranium mines soon coming into production.
I read that the global market capitalisation of listed uranium companies is only A$20.5bn, and Cameco represents half of that. So what they are saying is that there is not much pie left.
Imo, Good times have not even started yet.
