I agree with you, the uranium price is dirt cheap atm. Thats whats so encouraging, uranium price down and Pen continues north. As I alluded to in a previous post, whats going to happen to Pen when the U price really does turn.
Russia, yes, they must have exhausted a huge amount of warheads by now, and might I add at very cheap prices(something I sure they are cringing about). US, maybe not, Imo they still have plenty I believe, which could easily replace the M for M program if they wanted.
