Hartleys may have been paid to do this (as in previous work for WHL) and they own stock and options in WHL. You cant take it as an impartial report. numbers look highly inflated to me, but this wouldnt be the first time.
however, whichever numbers you take, there is clearly large upside in WHL, albeit risky
but thats what we love!
