Just received a report from Hartleys which has factored in the recent 100% acquisition of the mining village in Gladstone.The broker now values DCG at $4.31 thats a 48% increase on todays price, with a very conservative 12 month target price of $4.62. In the next 12 months all going to plan DCG will have a 100% owned mining village with 3000 apartments earning $200 a day each.I think that works out to roughly 220 million in earnings.If you take away 50% for expenses and lower village occupancy it still leaves you with earnings of 65 cents per share.
The village is only one of DCG many projects along with Gorgon and Rios iron ore projects and numerous others.I see very little downside in this company and when Hartleys rates it a "High Conviction BUY" up to $4.62 I think we should just all hold on for a very secure ride.
