    Still hartleys need to be promoting this as much as possible, after all they've got half their sophisticated and institutional clients in via the placement and as yet no-one's seen a cent.

    Some wont be too unhappy if its stuck at the SPP price for a bit to keep the takeup down reducing any further dilution if poss.
