Those broker valuations are pretty well inconsequential to most seasoned investors, or players - there are thousands of examples of broker valuations waaaay over the odds, few will ever be met by the actual SP.
You are right though, the really crappy PFS did for the SP here and has probably cost way more than could be calculated when considering the cost of raising capital through debt or equity or both!
I'm happy to stick with it, despite the inevitable ups and down between now and 2018!
