I don't see a need for new shares issued with the finance, with 70% or higher debt finance a given in the MOU. Maybe a CR later when the share price is much higher. Looking at Figure 1, say we use $1.30 Zn long term price and Hartley's calculations the target would be somewhere between 68c or 97c. Potential near-term 10-bagger here.
