    I have Seen and Heard all these forward projections off share price over the years and no one has got it right. I prefer facts and the fact is zinc price is UP and IBG can`t get to HOLD TEN CENTS . I see Hartleys have said we retain our Speculative Buy recommendation .. Ibg still a Speccie hence can't hold 10c
