Pretty sure that 15c target didn't have Shell acceptance factored in 1trader.
They were working on maybe 50:50 as the best scenario at the time, and that's the absolute best from memory. Could have been 30% Shell acceptance, 70% not.
As that's the case, it's got a lot more legs if Shell does agree.
Wish they'd make up their plurry minds though! Suspense is killing us.
