jimmy, you are quite correct re long term target talk of $15.00.
However, there could be several "kickers" in coming months that would push WHL share price towards the 20 cents trading range!
Regardless of Hartley's - there have been a number of other reports and recommendations for WHL. One update yesterday commenting on Seychelles / 2012 now fully funded and 2D seismic to confirm high grade prospects etc.
All pretty positive prospects in coming months.
