resistance is where you see a cluster of price action that forms a trading range. yesterday we closed at a resistance level(665-680) but we gapped up this morning opened above that resistance at 678. in this case the previous resistance form support and then the price went up to reach the next resistance level at 698-713. failed to penetrates that level and fell back down.
the good new is we took out the lower high of the downtrend at 678, now we just need a higher low.
