Also, don't forget the amount of dilution that has taken place with CHN since Julimar was discovered. The Victorian exploration was largely (wholly?) being funded from earlier asset sales whereas a large mount of money has been raised to progress Julimar. The effect of this will be to reduce the spin-off SP compared to CHN pre-Julimar but it all depends on the valuation given and the number of shares assigned to the spin-off.
In other words, not possible to give a SP for the new company yet. We can only play around with the valuation.
Also, don't forget the amount of dilution that has taken place...
