So just thinking out loud here for a moment - Trying to understand what our shares in HVST actually give us. I could be wrong here so please correct me:

So we have our 60% (or whatever it ends up being) shares in HVST. Does HVST have any obligation to pay MMJ money? Well, no. Only if HVST declares a dividend then all shareholders get paid said dividend.

If the AUS market does not care less about what goes on in Canada, which they do not at the moment and HVST decides that instead of paying dividends for the next 10 years they are just going to spend spend spend and expand like crazy (which is great for them) then where does that end of leaving MMJ? with nothing.

Is this too simplistic? Thoughts?
