I would think that any lowering of MMJ ownership percentage in H1 is crucial price sensitive investor information at least for me and I would think a great many others. Any change in ownership of our major asset surely needs to be announced immediately. I would think that any thing else would open up management to the possibility of legal action which I would undoubtedly join. I would also put any sale of MMJ shares by directors in this category if there was any delay in announcements.
