To illustrate the point I made above, I've plotted a simple line chart of the following tickers: HVT (Harvest One), ACB (Aurora Cannabis) & WEED (Canopy Growth Corp) from the date of cannabis legalisation in Canada (17/10/2018).

Using ACB & WEED as a proxy for industry trend (since I believe they're two of the largest companies in the sector), it is clear that HVT is just following the pack. ACB & WEED have come down understandingly, due to the high multiples they were originally trading on pre-legalisation. However, HVT never had such multiples to begin with. If this price comes any lower, I'm confident that the downside risk will be negligible given they have a healthy cash balance of $45m+.
