Since my appointment as CEO last year I was impressed by the foundation that was already in place and we have been inwardly focused on building a successful company for 2019 and beyond. Our main objective has been to develop a strategic plan around execution and how to create the most value for our shareholders.

As the calendar flipped from 2018 to 2019, our investors and the market are starting to see our strategy come to life as Harvest One has hit the ground running. Among the highlights so far are listing in the United States on the OTCQX, launching of Satipharms e-commerce platform for the European market, positive Q2 2019 financials, our acquisition of Delivra and supply agreements with both Shoppers Drug Mart and Walmart.

As we move forward and continue to execute on our strategy and deliver on our objectives for 2019, I am confident Harvest One will continue to build on our momentum. We anticipate another milestone year in Canada for the industry as edibles, extracts and other derivatives are expected to be legalized in October serving as another growth catalyst for our expanding house of brands.
