Completely Understand your point, Recreational Weed isn't on the agenda at present at all, it's Medicinal Cannabis and a regulatory framework to administer it. It's decriminalizing Cannabis and not legalizing Cannabis is your point. Sure you will have to have a script, smoke it in the confines of your own home not in public places etc. But if its like California with 500,000 people with a script and you can get a script in ten minutes with a drivers license I'm sure some savy tokers might find away around the system....
